In 2016, Allen formed the nationally recognized USA Track and Field non-
profit organization called ATL Zoom Athletics (Atl Zoom), as a result of an
increased demand from parents to form a track program that enhanced sports
performance, utilizing the performance training methodologies that encompass
more power and speed that carry-over to all facets of sports. ATL Zoom
provides a skilled and professionally trained coaching staff setting it apart
from other youth track & field programs
Under his leadership the athletes have been crowned State Champion 136 times,
National Champion 93 times and have set numerous State and National records.
As of today, 111 athletes have received over $26 million dollars of
scholarships to attend colleges and universities. To make sure philanthropy
was instilled in the club, an athlete lead non-profit called “Zoomin-Into
Action” was created. The athlete lead non-profit, focuses on the need to
assist the homeless in their daily lives. To date, Atl Zoom has served over
2400 homeless men and women in the Atlanta area and graduated 100% of its
seniors.
Sports have always been a major factor while becoming a NCAA record holder
for touchdowns, an All American in football and track and field. While
playing in the National Football League, he set an NFL record for return
yards in 2005 and tied an NFL record for longest touchdown; was named Most
Valuable Player on his respective NFL teams 4 times during his career and was
named captain 5 times during his NFL career; Winner of the NFL’s fastest man
competition in Hawaii in 2005; Father of the Year in 2005 for the NFL.

· SOARD (Sunshine on a Rainy Day) (Board Member 2017-2019)-creates
dream room makeovers for children with long-term illnesses.
· Ushers New Look- (one of the founding members and consistent
supporter 2004-present)- helps kids learn the behind the scenes of
the entertainment business
Allen Rossum retired from the National Football League in 2009 as a
cornerback and return specialist . After graduating from Notre Dame in 3 ½
years with majors in Business Administration and Computer Science, he was
drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 1998 NFL Draft .
Rossum played in the NFL for 12 years and was a Pro Bowl selection in 2004
where he was voted captain by his peers. Rossum was one of the most
consistent returners in the league during his 12-year career and that
consistency put him in the top five of all-time return leaders and he retired
second among players in both punt and kickoff return yards. He is also the
only player in NFL history to have a kickoff return for a touchdown with five
different teams.
In his free time, Allen enjoys spending time with his family, wife Angela and
his four daughters Avian, North Carolina Chapel Hill, Alexa, Stanford
University, Trinity attends UCLA and Talia high school senior and overseeing
their family holdings company.
Coach Torrie is now entering his 11th year of coaching (4 years with ATL Zoom). He’s also on his 7th year of officiating track meets for the youth, high school, and colleges. He is USATF Certified in coaching and officiating. He also supports his local High School as President of the Track and Field Booster Club.
Growing up Coach Torrie participated on multiple levels of track and field including club, high school, and college. He ran the 100M, 200M, 4x100, 4x400 consistently throughout high school and college. As a youth, he was an All American and National champion. He holds his high school record in the 100M with a time of 10.47 as well as records in the 4x100, 4x200, Sprint Medley, and Speed Medley. He also ran the 200M with a high school time of 21.4. Coach Torrie was recruited by several Ivy league schools but decided to attend an HBCU instead. He attended Fort Valley State University on an academic and track scholarship. He won numerous track and field awards, qualified and competed at the NCAA Track and Field championship each year of his eligibility throughout college. While at Fort Valley State University he competed in the 100M, 200M, 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400. He ran a personal best of 10.29 in the 100M and 20.97 in the 200M. Track helped pave the way which also kept him out of trouble as a youth and on the right path.
Coach Torrie earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and Mathematics while graduating with honors. He’s also a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He is a Director of Global Business Operations at Ciena Corporation. At Ciena, he’s part of the Black and African Heritage employee resource group focused on initiatives to drive diversity of African Americans as a priority within the company through leveraging skills, internships, and technical expertise as a bridge within participating black colleges and universities. As a community outreach lead, Coach Torrie has been instrumental in helping establish Ciena’s partnership with Digital Promise S.T.E.M. program within the metro Atlanta area for under resourced high schools. He currently resides in Lawrenceville, GA with his wife Takiya and their two children daughter Tanii and son Torrie (Deuce) who both are athletes on ATL Zoom.
Coach Nekei, as she is known by her athletes, is currently in her seventh year as a youth track and field coach with ATL Zoom. While her primary focus is hurdles, she also assists with sprints and javelin throw. Previous to Zoom, Coach Nekei worked with kids of all ages on the Department of Speed Track Club.
At the University of Southern California, she ran the 400 hurdles and 4x400. Following a successful four years, she was listed among the USA Track and Field Top 50, a USC team captain and securing a spot on the USC All-Time list for 400 hurdles.
Today, Coach Nekei is a USA Track and Field Level 1 certified coach as well as a USA Weightlifting Level 1 certified coach. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from USC and a Masters Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. While not on the track, Coach enjoys spending time with her three children, working out and researching new techniques to help her athletes improve.
I have been coaching middle-distance events (800-1500) with ATL Zoom since 2017. I am also a certified Level 1 USATF coach. While with ATL Zoom I have worked with middle school and high school students primarily running 800 meter races, while also assisting with 400 meter runners as well.
Outside of coaching for ATL Zoom, I am also a Masters Runner running for Canada Internationally and Atlanta Track Club Masters Team for National Events.
